Customized single corrugated pipe machine

PE/PP/PA/PVC Single wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line is composed of extruder, Die Head, corrugator, Haul-off Machine, cutter, winder and priting machine. It's  developed by RECTO based on European advanced technology and R&D experience of the plastic machinery for many years. It has advantages, such as, reasonable structure, stable operation, fast forming speed.  Plastic flexible single wall corrugated pipes produced have features of high temperature resistance, resistant to corrosion and abrasion, high intensity, good flexibility, etc.  They are widely used in fields of auto wire, electric thread passing pipes, circuit of machine tool, protective pipes of lamps and lanterns wire, tubes of air conditioner and washing machine, etc.

• Main motor uese the famous brands (Siemens/WN/WEG).
• Gearbox from the well-known domestic manufacturers (GuoMao/JiangYing/ShuGuang).
• Main extruder and haul-off machine use the imported invesor (ABB/Yaskawa). 
• Electrical components are all imported brands (Simens/Schneider)
• PLC is optional for control system (Simens/Delta/Fatek)
• Extruder with special barrel feeding structure can largely improve extrusion capacity.
  
• If the material is PVC only, the main extruder could be Conical Twin Screw Extruder, higher output.
• Two sizes in one mould for small pipes, can reduce mould cost, reduce the frequency of replacement of mould and effectively improve production efficiency
• Vacuum forming corrugator for your choice.
