PP PE Pipe Extrusion Line is composed of Single Screw Extruder, co-extruder, mold, vaccum bath, cooling bath, Haul-off Machine, cutter, stacker and priting machine. It's developed by RECTO based on European advanced technology and R&D experience of the plastic machinery for many years. Advanced design, reasonable structure, high reliability, high degree automation of the complete line. It could be used for producing PP/PE pipe for water & gas.

Features

Main motor uese the famous brands (Siemens/WN/WEG).
Gearbox from the well-known domestic manufacturers (GuoMao/JiangYing/ShuGuang).
Main extruder and haul-off machine use the imported invesor (ABB/Yaskawa).
Electrical components are all imported brands (Simens/Schneider)
PLC is optional for control system (Simens/Delta/Fatek)
Extruder with special barrel feeding structure can largely improve extrusion capacity.
The Haul-off machine can be equipped with two, three, four, six and eight claws according to the size of pipe diameter.
Saw cutter and planetary cutter for choice.
Changing some parts of the line can also realize two-layer and multi-layer co-extrusion.
Conical Twin Screw Extruder and Parallel Twin Screw Extruder for choice.
Double-strand and four-strand for choice for small pipes.
