Polyvinyl chloride: After regeneration, the color changes significantly, with a light brown color after one regeneration extrusion and almost opaque brown color after three rounds. The specific viscosity remains unchanged during the second cycle, but tends to decrease after more than two cycles. Whether it is hard or soft polyvinyl chloride, stabilizers should be added during regeneration.

To make the reprocesses shiny, the mixed ABS1% to 3% can be added during regeneration. Polyethylene: After regeneration, the functionality of polyethylene decreases and the color turns yellow. After multiple extrusions, the viscosity of high-density polyethylene decreases, while the viscosity of low-density polyethylene increases. Polypropylene: During one regeneration, the color remains almost unchanged and the melt index increases.

More than twice the color intensifies, but the melt index still increases. After regeneration, the fracture strength and elongation have decreased, but there are no problems with use. Polystyrene: After regeneration, the color turns yellow, so recycled polystyrene is generally colored. The degree of decline in various functions of recycled materials is directly proportional to the number of regenerations. The fracture strength does not show significant changes when the dosage is less than 60%, and the ultimate viscosity does not show significant changes when the dosage is less than 40%.
