Injection molding machines often encounter various small problems in the production process. Although these problems are not big, they always plague the production efficiency of the factory and affect economic benefits. Screw or tube is not strong enough

Use 12.9 screws, use the adjustable material tube, the outer diameter of the tube

Screw backlash difficulty

The feed section temperature is too high; the crushed material is too large; the shell pressure is set too large; the barrel feed section is set unreasonably; the Screw Barrel gap is too small

Set reasonable parameters; re-break smaller materials; replace the new screw barrel with too large gap; design a reasonable feed port

Products have bubbles

The back pressure is too low; the compression ratio is too small; the rate of fire is too slow, and the mold temperature is not high;

Set reasonable process parameters and choose a screw with a larger compression ratio


The screw has abnormal noise

The material pipe is not assembled; the size of the material of the barrel is too small; the diameter of the screw handle is too small; the straightness of the screw is not good; the screw discharge design is not smooth enough; the debris is dropped into the barrel

Check the size of each file; re-install; take out foreign objects; raw materials with poor fluidity are produced in three small pieces with smooth structure
